One program, two pricing options

Sales is about listening and understanding, and I want to lead by example by offering the two pricing options most frequently requested. Both provide the same level of support—simply choose the option that best fits your financial situation.

Income Share Plan (RS Mentoring’s initial offering):

Zero initial cost. Receive full training and support to secure your first job, then pay 20% of your salary over your first three years.

Salary is expected to grow from 8M to 17M yen (or more) during the first 3 years. This estimates the total cost to approximately 7M yen, depending on your success.

This model reflects our confidence in both your potential and the quality of our mentoring.

Upfront Payment Option (for requesting students):

Pay a fixed fee of 3.5M yen upfront to receive the same full training and job support. This option allows you to access the program immediately and can save an estimated 50% (or more) compared to the income-share plan, depending on your success.

In addition, to ensure an equal level of mentoring, if no job is secured after training, 50% of the fee will be refunded, subject to conditions related to your own decisions and actions.
